REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any Goods that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to yesthatblanket.com.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to yesthatblanket.com, accessible from yesthatblanket.com.
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

I. Cancellation Policy

  1. In case You change your mind about your purchase, You can unconditionally cancel your Goods within 12 hours of completing the purchase.
  2. After this period, unfortunately, your cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in the processing stage.

II. Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly how You want it! We recognize that everyone makes mistakes (including ourselves!). Please double-check your product details before submitting your order. 

  1. We accept returns only in the following cases where the issue arises from Yes That Blanket, including:
  • Goods received are the wrong size compared to the order details.
  • Goods received have an incorrect design or print that differs from the Goods page image.
  • Goods received are damaged (e.g., peeling, tearing, breaking) upon arrival.

Don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at Yes That Blanket to report the issue via [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours and quickly solve the problem for You.

  1. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. 
  • You must contact us within 14 days from the date You receive the Goods, based on tracking information, to report any of the above issues from Us.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since you received Good, unfortunately, We cannot offer you a Return or Refund.
  • The return process may take up to 25 business days.

Condition for Returns:

  • Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Goods showing signs of wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted.

NOTE:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

III. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, etc.). If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our customer support team to arrange an alternative.

Once We receive the returned Goods (if We have previously accepted a return based on the above standard conditions), the refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

IV. Exchanges

We do not have a policy to return Goods for exchanges in all cases. If an issue arises, such as receiving the wrong size or design, or a damaged product that is by Us:

  • We will ship the replacement product directly to You at no extra cost.
  • Customers are not required to place a new order for exchanges.
